Store Policy – Returns, Refunds & Shipping

At Aary’s Custom Creations, we take pride in creating unique, made-to-order products with care and attention to detail. Please read our store policies below:

Refunds

  • We only offer refunds if your product arrives damaged.

  • To qualify for a refund, you must provide photo evidence of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Returns

  • No returns are accepted for any reason, as all products are custom-made to order.

Shipping

  • Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Please note that shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, which are outside of our control.

Custom & Personalized Orders

  • All embroidery and personalized DTF designs are made to order and cannot be canceled once production begins.
