Refunds

We only offer refunds if your product arrives damaged.

To qualify for a refund, you must provide photo evidence of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Returns

No returns are accepted for any reason, as all products are custom-made to order.
Shipping

Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, which are outside of our control.
Custom & Personalized Orders

All embroidery and personalized DTF designs are made to order and cannot be canceled once production begins.
